searchmonkey is a Gtk+ search utility originally written for use with the Unix operating system. Searchmonkey allows files, and contents of files to be matched using regular expression. The results are displayed showing the lines containing matches for the regular expression. Like Gtk, it is distributed under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License.

Searchmonkey allows you to:
